Product Marketing Manager

Position Overview:

We are hiring a Product Marketing Manager to be the bridge between our merchandising
& marketing départements.

You will be the person who decides which jewellery shows up in our campaigns, on our social media, in our editorial placements, and on stylists’ mood boards for celebrity and
editorial opportunities. You will work closely with our four category heads — Gold,
Natural Diamonds, Heritage, and Silver — to translate their priorities into campaign
ready product direction. You will plan product readiness ahead of the marketing
calendar, not alongside it. And when we shoot, you will be on set — making sure every
piece is right, placed right, and photographed right.

This role is about product judgment and execution.

What You Will Do

• Own monthly input meetings with category heads and turn their priorities into campaign-ready product briefs.
• Build and maintain the product display matrix — the central reference for what is shown externally and what is protected.
• Plan product readiness 6–8 weeks ahead of the marketing calendar.
• Accompany major shoots and act as the product custodian on set.
• Build and manage relationships with stylists for celebrity and editorial opportunities.
• Spot and brief product stories worth building — signature pieces, design innovation,editorial-worthy work.

What You Bring

• 5–8 years of experience in jewellery (preferred), fashion, luxury, premium retail, fashion media, styling, or premium lifestyle.
• Strong aesthetic sensibility — you can look at a product and tell us whether it belongs in a campaign, and why.
• Project execution discipline
• Comfort working between commercial and creative teams.
• Willingness to be hands-on (shoots & category meetings)
• Mature instinct to protect unique products, not merely push exposure.
• Openness to structured coaching in your first few months — jewellery-specific product knowledge will be built on the job.
