Senior Visualiser / Creative Visualiser

Position Overview:

Experience: 6–8 Years | Concept + Design + AI
We are looking for a Senior Visualiser / Creative Visualiser who can go beyond conventional graphic design and bring strong conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and creative execution to the table.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a brief and independently develop the creative idea, visual world, composition, and final execution.

What We’re Looking For

• Total relevant experience: 6–8 years
• Strong experience in visualisation, concept development, art direction, and
  creative design
• Excellent understanding of composition, perspective, scale, depth, lighting,
  shadows, reflections, textures, colour, and negative space
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills with advanced compositing and
  retouching abilities
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly,
  Photoshop Generative Fill/Expand, or similar tools
• Ability to use AI for creative ideation, visual exploration, environments,
  compositing, and image experimentation
• Strong visual taste with an understanding of premium, luxury, lifestyle,
  fashion, beauty, or jewellery aesthetics
• Ability to develop campaign key visuals and creative concepts, not just
  adaptations
• Strong visual storytelling and the ability to turn an abstract brief into a
  compelling visual idea

Brief → Concept → Visual World → Composition → AI Exploration → Design → Final Execution

Portfolio Requirement

Candidates must share their portfolio along with their updated resume/CV.

The portfolio should demonstrate:

• Conceptual visualisation
• Campaign key visuals
• Premium/luxury product imagery
• Advanced compositing
• Jewellery, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle work
• AI-assisted creative projects
• Evidence of the candidate’s own creative contribution

Please note: We are looking for a concept-led Visualiser, not a conventional Senior
Graphic Designer who only executes given ideas.
