Profile Summary

Manubhai Jewellers is seeking an experienced Manager – Visual Merchandising to lead
the visual merchandising function and elevate the luxury retail experience across all
stores. This role is responsible for developing and executing visual merchandising
strategies that enhance brand perception, improve customer engagement, and support
business growth.

The Manager will oversee all aspects of in-store presentation, window displays, store
layouts, seasonal campaigns, exhibitions, and visual standards while leading the Visual
Merchandising Executive. Working closely with Retail, Marketing, Category, and
Operations teams, the role ensures every customer touchpoint reflects the brand’s
premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Merchandising Strategy

• Develop and implement the overall visual merchandising strategy aligned with
  the brand’s positioning and business objectives.
• Create seasonal and festive VM calendars for product launches, campaigns, and
  promotional activities.
• Establish and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and standards across all
  stores.
• Continuously introduce innovative display concepts that enhance the luxury
  shopping experience.

2. Store Experience & Visual Standards

• Lead the planning and execution of window displays, feature zones, counters,
  and premium product presentations.
• Ensure consistent visual standards across all retail locations.
• Optimize store layouts and customer flow to improve product visibility and
  shopping experience.
• Maintain high standards of lighting, signage, display materials, and store
  ambience.

3. Team Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Visual Merchandising Executive.
• Define VM execution schedules and priorities.
• Conduct regular store visits and VM audits.
• Provide coaching and feedback to ensure consistent execution of brand
  standards.

4. Campaign and Display Management

• Plan and execute visual merchandising for festive campaigns, bridal collections,
  new launches, and promotional events.
• Coordinate with Marketing to ensure seamless execution of in-store campaigns.
• Ensure timely installation and maintenance of all campaign-related visual elements.

5. Vendor & Project Management

• Manage external vendors for display fixtures, props, signage, fabrication, and
  printing.
• Review designs, materials, prototypes, and production quality.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and installation schedules.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure quality and timely
  delivery.

6. Exhibition and Event Visual Merchandising

• Lead visual planning and execution for exhibitions, events, and store activations.
• Design customer-focused display layouts that maximize engagement.
• Supervise installation, dismantling, and asset management for all events.

7. VM Asset Management

• Oversee inventory of visual merchandising assets, fixtures, props, and display
  materials.
• Optimize reuse of display assets across stores and events.
• Ensure proper maintenance and periodic audits of all VM assets.

8. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Retail Operations to ensure consistent implementation of VM
  standards.
• Work closely with Marketing for campaign planning and execution.
• Coordinate with Category and Buying teams to prioritize product displays based
  on business objectives.
• Support new showroom launches, renovations, and store refresh projects.

9. Performance and Continuous Improvement

• Conduct regular VM compliance audits across stores.
• Monitor the effectiveness of visual merchandising initiatives through customer
  feedback, retail observations, and sales trends.
• Recommend improvements based on market trends, customer behavior, and
  competitive benchmarking.
• Present periodic reports and action plans to management.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of luxury retail visual merchandising.
• Experience in jewellery or premium retail merchandising.
• Expertise in store planning, customer flow, and space optimization.
• Window display and campaign planning.

• Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
