Job Description:

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The floor manager is a critical position as it has a direct impact on the sales, conversion, customer experience, and sales team culture. As such, the incumbent plays a key role in managing and leading the sales team, handling floor operations and inventory, attending to the customer needs, and implementation of strategic initiatives.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and manage the sales team; coaching and training them to improve their selling skills.
• Manage floor operations and processes. Identify procedural roadblocks, and work with the management to iron out the same.
  • You wil be responsible to ensure that daily nangmel counting is cross-tallied with the system.
  • You will ensure that you do surprise audit of the nangmel, on monthly basis.
  • You will be responsible to do surprise audit, of randomised pieces, to cross tally physical BOM pieces and weight with that mentioned in the system.
  • You will be responsible to ensure peer audit is conducted on monthly basis.
• Take charge of inventory management.
  • It will be your responsibility to check the stock for any QC issues with the product.
  • You will be responsible to train the sales team on proper handling of the jewellery pieces.
  • You will ensure that jewellery pieces are not kept in reserved boxes, or any other box, unnecessarily.
  • You will ensure that the stock is always arranged as per the weight range, and product type
• Collaborate with the merchandising team, to ensure that right inventory is available at the right time. And, Fast Selling Designs (FSD) are always available in stock.
• Ensure the sales floor is kept tidy and presentable.
• Ensure that the customer is properly attended to, and are being treated well.
• Nuturing and maintain relationship with the customers.
• Manage customers and allocate mampower to various departments during periods of walk ins.
• Represent the floor during MOS meetings, and team presentations.

• Should have worked in retail industry (luxury retail preferred) – In a company that:
  • Sells products in the price range of 20k and above.
  • Is known for good customer experience.
  • Is known for good after sales service.
• Should have the experience of running some kind of CRM program.

The PL executive is a key position in merchandising department. The person would be responsible for entering the product details on excel sheet and upload in the software. The candidate should have fair knowledge of Gold Jewellery and should be good with computer operation and excel.

• Upload product attributes (details) using PL file in Synergics.
• Should be able to handle Jewellery.
• Is needed to have basic Gold conversion formulas and understand Karat.
• He / She will have to be coordinating with PL lead for getting Product Attributes..

1. Onboarding formalities on HRMS: Inviting the candidates to the portal and ensuring they complete their onboarding formalities.
2. Conducting the induction of new hires every month within 7 days of their joining.
3. Coordinate with agency for the background verifications of employees joining the company beforehand and raise the red flags on time if any.
4. Ensure the registration of all the employees in PF & ESI on time and coordinate with the agency for the any other PF/ESI queries if any of staff and complete the same within TAT time.
5. Generate appointment letter, incentives letter and other letters if any on timely basis.
6. Perform orientations and update records of new staff in HRMS.
7. Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports.
8. Maintain the expense data and assist with budget monitoring and other activities.
9. Produce and submit reports on general HR activites – Leave reports, Recruitment reports, Attendance record etc. whenever required.
10. Be a SPOC for HRMS queries with the staff and HRMS person.
11. Resolving the staff queries on time.
12. Ensure the staff mediclaim additions and deletions are tender to the insurance company on monthly basis.
